Cisco has integrated video capabilities throughout their Collaboration solution. Video is available from all of the Jabber clients (including mobile), Webex, select desk phones, as well as conference-room sized Telepresence systems. It is estimated that 93% of human communication is non-verbal. High quality video conferencing can significantly improve the accuracy of communication.

Unified Messaging

Never miss a voicemail again with Cisco Unified Messaging – receive your messages in your email, through Jabber, or even as a SMS notification. Inbox synchronization keeps your inbox uniform across all of your devices – delete a message in one place, it will be removed from all of them.

Optional voicemail transcription provides voicemail to text capability. An enhanced version is available which features human-verified transcriptions for maximum accuracy. This is offered as a yearly subscription service.

Cisco Unified Communications Deployment

A manufacturing lab located in Franklin Wisconsin, had an extremely unstable existing phone system with inefficient support. SWICKtech’s CCNP Voice Certified Senior Network Systems Engineer recommended a Cisco Unified Communications solution as a replacement. SWICKtech Engineers were able to implement this new phone system of 75+ phones including video and pagers with NO phone outages. This was seamlessly accomplished by integrating the new phone system with the old system and migrating employees one at a time.
