Support Services - Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator continues to be a first point of contact for service requests, and has become familiar with the IT infrastructure and characteristics of many SWICKtech clients. In line with increased technical ability and business context, the Systems Administrator will assist on more complex service requests and may act in some capacity as a primary Account Technician for particular clients. The Systems Administrator will be expected to conduct site visits with technical autonomy and expertise, and strong customer service skills (both on-site and remote) are essential to build professional rapport with SWICKtech clients.
