Gary Swick is the President and the Lead Project Manager at Swick Technologies.  Gary has over twenty five years of extensive IS Management experience.  He has managed the entire operations of a 250-man law firm, as well as over 300 servers for a large insurance company.  He has expertise in analysis and design for a wide variety of applications and computer systems.  He also has expertise in telephone system analysis, design, and installation.  As an effective communicator, he possesses the ability to work with all levels of management and end users.  Gary is a quick learner with a unique understanding of computer systems and effective management techniques.  He has a complete understanding of computer and telephone wiring requirements, as well as department operations and hardware repair.  Gary has his Microsoft Certification as an MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) with electives of Exchange Server and Internet Security and Acceleration Server.

Isaac Monteagudo is the Director of Technology and Senior Technical Consultant at Swick Technologies.  Isaac has over ten years of dedicated Microsoft server and application support.  He has recruited, trained, supervised and managed all areas of a small business with over 250 employees. He has led teams of up to 100 people dedicated to providing high levels of customer service.  Isaac's expertise is in the implementation of our project designs and the ongoing maintenance of critical business systems for our clients. Additionally, he is also an expert trainer.
