Professional Skills You'll Need:
- Server, workstation, and PC hardware administrative fundamentals.
- Network, internetwork, and Internet administrative fundamentals.
- Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop administrative fundamentals.
- Troubleshooting skills in aforementioned areas and relevant experience required.
- Professional technical support/help desk or previous managed services experience a huge plus.
- Microsoft and Cisco certification a huge plus.
Other Requirements/Info:
- A valid Wisconsin driver's license, a good driving record, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check.
