Swick Technologies needs your help to fulfill our vision to become the leading provider of Stable Business Computer Networks for businesses in the Milwaukee, Waukesha, and SE Wisconsin area. We're looking for a motivated person who loves to help people, has well developed communication skills, excellent technology skills, and a real ability to problem solve. Your role will involve working with customers and the support team on a day-to-day basis to resolve customer issues remotely, with some on-site account management of customers. You will be working with a service team to implementation projects, manage day-to-day operations at customer sites, and provide line of business application support. Think of yourself as an IT Manager for many growing companies.

Requirements include:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or in a related field with appropriate experience.
- At least 5 or more years of hands on experience managing Microsoft systems in a variety of network environments.
- Advanced experience with small and medium-sized business Microsoft core server products, such as Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Additional experience in Exchange Server, ISA Server, Small Business Server, or SQL Server is a big plus.
- The ability to investigate, communicate with customer, and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Intermediate hardware troubleshooting experience, and intermediate experience in the deployment and support of network and Line of Business applications.
- Able to work independently with minimal instruction and have excellent follow-through skills through problem resolution and documentation.
- Have a valid Wisconsin driver's license, can provide proof of insurance, and are able to use own vehicle for on-site support in the Metro Milwaukee area.
This is a full time position. Our office is located near 76th and Bluemound in Milwaukee, WI.
